Ingredients
  

  • 1 box white cake mix use package directions
  • 3 pieces eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F or 175°C. Grease the baking dish.
  • In a bowl mix cake mix, eggs, water and vegetable oil until smooth.
  • Pour batter into the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips over the batter.
  • In another bowl beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake.
  • Use a spoon to lightly swirl the cream cheese into the batter. Do not fully mix.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes until the center is set and top looks cracked.
  • Let the cake cool before slicing. Serve slightly warm or chilled.
