Equipment

  • 1 Large Skillet For cooking cabbage and sauce
  • 1 Cutting Board To slice the cabbage
  • 1 Knife For chopping

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Green Cabbage Sliced into long strips like noodles
  • 2 tbsp Butter Unsalted
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Room temperature is best
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1/2 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper To taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cabbage head into long, thin strips so they look like pasta noodles.
  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for one minute until it smells good.
  • Put the cabbage strips into the pan and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
  • Pour the heavy cream into the pan and let it bubble gently.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  • Keep stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce is thick and creamy.
  • Serve right away while it is warm.
