Instructions
Cut the cabbage head into long, thin strips so they look like pasta noodles.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and cook for one minute until it smells good.
Put the cabbage strips into the pan and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
Pour the heavy cream into the pan and let it bubble gently.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Keep stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce is thick and creamy.
Serve right away while it is warm.
