Ingredients

Baby Bok Choy
Washed well and cut in half longways

Vegetable Oil
For cooking

Minced very small

Soy Sauce
Use low sodium if you prefer

Sprinkled on top at the end
Instructions
Wash the baby bok choy very well to remove any dirt and pat them dry.
Cut each baby bok choy in half longways right down the middle.
Put your large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Pour the vegetable oil into the hot skillet.
Add the minced garlic and cook for just 30 seconds until it smells good.
Place the bok choy halves into the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over the bok choy in the pan.
Toss everything together and cook for 2 more minutes until the green leaves are soft.
Take the pan off the heat and sprinkle the sesame seeds all over the top.
Serve warm right out of the pan.
