Adds the salty flavor
Instructions
Put the granulated sugar and water into a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Let it boil without stirring until the sugar turns a dark copper brown color.
Take the hot pan off the stove very carefully.
Slowly pour the warm heavy cream into the pan while whisking very fast.
Add the small butter pieces and whisk until they completely melt.
Stir in the white miso paste until the sticky sauce is perfectly smooth.
Pour the warm sauce into a glass jar and let it cool down before eating.
