Ingredients

lobster tails

unsalted butter
melted

cloves
garlic
minced

tbsp
lemon juice

tsp
salt

tsp
black pepper

tbsp
fresh parsley
chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F or 220°C.
Cut the top of each lobster shell with kitchen scissors.
Gently pull the lobster meat up and place it on top of the shell.
In a small bowl mix melted butter, garlic and lemon juice.
Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top.
Place lobster tails on a baking tray.
Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes until meat is white and tender.
Sprinkle chopped parsley before serving.
Serve warm.
