Ingredients
Main Recipe:

raw extra large shrimp
peeled and deveined with tails on

Garlic Butter Sauce:

tbsp
unsalted butter
melted

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and lightly grease a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
Step 2: Pat the raw seafood completely dry with paper towels to ensure they roast properly rather than steam in the oven.
Step 3: Place the dried seafood in a large mixing bowl and toss gently with the olive oil sea salt and black pepper until completely coated.
Step 4: Spread the coated pieces in a single even layer across the prepared baking sheet making sure they do not overlap.
Step 5: Whisk together the melted butter minced garlic fresh lemon juice and smoked paprika in a small bowl to create the sauce.
Step 6: Drizzle the garlic butter sauce evenly over the pieces on the baking sheet.
Step 7: Roast in the preheated oven for eight to ten minutes just until the meat turns opaque pink and curls slightly.
Step 8: Remove the pan from the oven and immediately sprinkle the fresh chopped parsley over the top.
Step 9: Serve hot straight from the pan with the fresh lemon wedges on the side.
