These golden, flaky puff pastry bites are filled with creamy brie cheese, sweet tart cranberry sauce, and toasted pecans. They are the easiest, most elegant appetizer you will make this holiday season!
Preheat: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin generously with cooking spray.
Cut Pastry: Unroll the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 24 even squares.
Assemble: Press one square of dough into each muffin cup. Place a cube of brie into the center of the dough.
Top: Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the cheese. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Bake: Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
Cool: Let the bites cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing. Garnish with rosemary if desired and serve warm.
Notes
For the best texture, ensure your puff pastry is still cold when it goes into the oven. If the dough gets too warm while you are assembling, place the whole tray in the fridge for 10 minutes before baking to ensure maximum puff!
