Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into 6 equal rectangles.
In a bowl, whisk 1 egg with milk. Set aside.
Place bacon and cheese in the center of each pastry rectangle.
Fold pastry over filling, pressing edges with a fork to seal.
Brush tops with egg wash.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
